My posts have been negligible; I've had other things on my mind. Right now, however, I am trying to find every excuse possible to avoid my massive AP Art History outline and senior project display.
So, updates. Yes, I am going to MIT. I can't see myself anywhere else. In fact, today was the day of the gathering I organized for admitted students in the area. We had a nice humber of students show up, and I got to see Alex and Paula again (third time over break). All is right with that octant of my world.
Presently, I am staring at a study guide eight pages long concerning painting, sculpture, and photography of the 19th century. Think Neoclassicism through Art Nouveau. For the first time, I realize that I could honestly care less about this aspect of the humanities. I hate the memorization that is so essential to passing the courses. I'd rather look at a piece of art and appreciate it, experience the human condition (insert cliche here). Instead of filling out said outline, I am on my third lecture in MIT's OCW series on 18.02, Multivariable Calculus.
I'm winding down break now; the projects are done, the selfs discovered, the allusions made. Right now, I'm going to go finish so I have some measure of free time available on Sunday for oh, a little church.

Hey, here's an accented é for use in your cliché. Because everyone knows it looks more hoighty-toighty and thus better when you ûsè thë âcçéñt.
Also, you changed your theme! Oh noes! I was all confused!
